Job Summary

Description
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Cooperate with other departments to arrange virtual and in-person training courses; online and in-person certification exams.

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders (mainly in English).

  • Initiate process changes and actively participate in CI activities.

  • Create and maintain process documentation on process changes.

    • Use different databases (Oracle EBIZ Microsoft 365 Salesforce APEX etc.) to manage Education Services training courses training entitlements and certification records.
  • Drive and own Education Services event creation globally.

  • Handle event registrations with training entitlements.

  • Manage rosters and communicate with the instructor and grading teams.

  • Send timely and accurate email communications to customers and instructors.

  • Organize the shipping of equipment.

  • Maintain course manual stock.

  • Create and share course and exam completion certificates.

  • Create event reports upon request.

  • Assist customers in exam organization and execution.

  • Support new team members with some mentoring assignments.

  • Follow established procedures on routine work (requires instructions only on new assignments).

For This Role You Will Need:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service and data management.

  • Advanced English skills (verbal and written).

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • High-level multitasking prioritization and time management abilities.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Ability to represent the needs of the business.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Desire for self-improvement.

  • Comprehend Team Goals (Team Focus).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Customer service-related experience is an advantage
  • Experience with Oracle and Salesforce systems
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and contribute to process improvements.
