Nalco Water & Downstream Order Support Team is looking to hire a French speaking or German speaking Customer Service Representative team member!
Our Team Mission is to provide excellent service to our internal colleagues and external customers. Our Aim is to deliver front-line customer service by managing incoming orders deal with enquiries and collaborate with other teams on follow-ups. What youll do:
Placing orders accurately completely and within agreed deadlines into SAP and by proactively following up on missing pieces of information and exceptions.
Effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders and customers by providing a professional service.
Displaying the ability to professionally manage customers and their expectations with the intent to build mutually beneficial and effective relationships.
Delivering first time resolutions to customer queries and problems.
Designated as the single point of contact to provide high level customer service in the local language.
Working collaboratively with team members to meet individual and team targets.
What youll need:
Fluent in French or German and English language.
Strong communication skills in both written and oral.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree completed or in process.
Experience using customer service software.
Experience accurately typing a minimum of 25 words per minimum.
Experience interacting professionally with others and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience utilising a multi-line telephone system.
Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly dependable team player.
Experience prioritizing workload and completing responsibilities on time.
