- Oversee operation of POS Department and manage vendor(s) on outsourced service to ensure quality assurance
- Monitor the performance of the department to ensure delivery of committed SLA and quality standard
- Support transformation and strategic projects
- Mentor and train team members to build technical and customer capabilities for efficiency gain
Qualifications
- 8 years of solid working experience in life administration environment with at least 3 years in managerial role
- Good communication and problem solving skill
- High degree of strategic ad analytical managerial mind
- University graduate or equivalent; with professional qualification in life insurance such as FLMI
- Good command in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
