Job Summary
Are you passionate about logistics optimization and making things run smoothly behind the scenes At Peak Performance were looking for a proactive and analytical Logistics Assistant to join our dynamic team and help us deliver excellence across our supply chain.
Tasks
As our Logistics Assistant youll be the key link between our internal teams and external logistics partners. Your mission: ensure our finished products are delivered on time every time - efficiently and cost-effectively.
You will:
- Monitor and optimize product flows costs and distribution tools
- Support inbound returns and quality control related processes
- Analyze logistics performance and propose improvements
- Collaborate with IT and logistics providers to resolve issues and harmonize processes
- Support new logistics and transportation projects
- Drive KPI tracking and reporting across the supply chain
- Act as the go-to person for communication between supply chain customer service IT and logistics partners
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in logistics or supply chain (we also welcome applications from motivated graduates)
- Fluency in English this is essential for daily communication and collaboration across teams
- Educational background in transportation warehouse operations or logistics is a strong plus
- Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel
- Basic understanding of transport and logistics; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive change
