1. Office Maintenance and amp; Cleanliness Oversight
- Maintain daily cleanliness and organisation.
- Supervise housekeeping.
2. Inventory and amp; Restocking
- Track and restock pantry stationery cleaning items and supplies.
3. Client and amp; Visitor Preparation
- Prepare meeting rooms refreshments and demo areas.
- Support HR during interviews and events.
4. Bills Vendor Coordination and amp; Admin Support
- Handle courier dispatches vendor visits petty cash bills service schedules.
- Maintain admin logs and coordinate repairs.
5. Errands and amp; Runner Tasks
- Handle bank runs courier drops pickups and miscellaneous tasks.
- Complete tasks without considering any work small.
REQUIRED SKILLS and amp; QUALIFICATIONS
- 12 years admin or facility experience.
- Strong organisation and ownership.
- Comfortable with errands and hands-on work.
- Basic computer skills and professional communication.
