Position: Chat Support Executive / Chat Process Associate
Location: United States (Remote/On-site as per company requirement)
Compensation: $30 per hour
Department: Customer Support / Operations
Reporting To: Customer Support Manager
Role Overview
The Chat Process Associate will be responsible for providing real-time customer support through online chat platforms. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset to resolve inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via live chat, messaging platforms, and in-app support.
Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, orders, and policies.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with high accuracy.
Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering friendly and professional support.
Escalate complex issues to senior support or technical teams as needed.
Document all interactions within the CRM/ticketing system.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and data security guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in chat/customer service roles (preferred).
Excellent written English communication.
Strong typing speed (40+ WPM recommended).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, Intercom, etc.) is a plus.
