Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential customers to generate leads and inquiries.
Identify and qualify prospects through phone calls emails and online research.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
Follow up with leads to convert them into business opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead management and strategy execution.
Prepare and share company product or service details with clients professionally.
Support in preparing quotations proposals and sales reports.
Occasionally visit clients or sites for meetings discussions or business development.
Achieve daily weekly and monthly call and lead generation targets
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
Experience: 0-2 years in cold calling / inside sales / telemarketing / lead generation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident self-motivated and target-oriented.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel Google Sheets CRM tools).
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings when required.
Analyze data and interpret it as per the new market trends
Should be pro-active self-starter well organized and systematic in carrying out the tasks
Should be willing to express new ideas and thoughts for increasing the sales revenue
