Job Summary

This is a remote position.

We are a fast-growing influencer marketing agency helping brands run impactful social media campaigns with top-tier influencers. We manage campaigns end-to-endfrom strategy and influencer outreach to execution and reporting.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Specialist to support our sales and operations teams. This role is ideal for someone with 24 years of marketing experience familiar with CRM management inbound sales and lead follow-up. Youll play a key role in managing inbound leads optimizing the sales pipeline and ensuring smooth onboarding of clients into campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the CRM (HubSpot) with accurate lead client and campaign information.
Qualify inbound leads and support the sales team with follow-ups reminders and pipeline tracking.
Assist in onboarding new clients ensuring expectations are clear and campaigns start smoothly.
Generate reports and dashboards to track lead conversion sales performance and campaign outcomes.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives Campaign Managers and Influencer Relations Specialists to ensure client satisfaction.
Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and propose process improvements.

Requirements

24 years of experience in marketing digital marketing influencer marketing or agency environments.
Proven experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot Salesforce or similar).
Strong understanding of sales pipelines lead management and client onboarding processes.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with data dashboards and reporting tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with influencer marketing social media or campaign execution is a strong plus.
