This role is responsible for entering updating and maintaining information across various systems and databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility for the organization.
- Enter verify and update data in company databases spreadsheets and internal systems.
- Review documents and information for accuracy completeness and consistency.
- Perform regular data audits and quality checks to ensure high standards of data integrity.
- Manage and organize digital files ensuring proper categorization and ease of retrieval.
- Identify and report data discrepancies to relevant teams for resolution.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries based on collected data.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a data entry administrative or similar role.
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word) and Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM or database systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
