PwC Financial Transformation Team pursue high-profile finance transformation projects both in Poland and in the EMEA region. By joining us you will have the chance to shape clients Finance of the Future strategies. You will also advise client management to address business challenges through finance process digitalization & tra addition you will be able to participate in end-to-end finance operating model & governance setups (assess design develop build & deploy). You will create critical bridges between Business Finance and IT functions.
Senior Consultant / Consultant
Your future role:
- Supporting Finance Transformation projects working with global and local clients to shape cutting-edge and industry-leading solutions including: Finance Operating Model Transformation opportunities to assess current state design build and deploy Target Operating Models end-to-end Finance and accounting process transformation engagements (Procure-To-Pay Order-To-Cash Record-To-Report) As-Is analysis of finance technology landscape and solutions recommendations value realisation to help our clients to pursue and realise the benefits coming from transformations
- Supporting in preparation of project deliverables and other documentation assist in client conversations and workshops
- Supporting Business Development initiatives and preparation of client proposals
- Flexibility and open mindedness when working in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Working from the office min. 2 days a week (PwC or Client).
Apply if you have:
- 1-2 (consultant) or 3-4 (senior consultant) years of professional experience in finance
- Min. Bachelors degree (consultant) or min Masters degree (senior consultant) or equivalent in Finance or Economics
- Good understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals (PTP OTC or RTR is a must)
- Business acumen ability to identify challenges and next suggest and deploy improvements
- Good data analysis and calculations making skills
- Hands-on experience with either one or more ERP applications (preferably SAP)
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) are good knowledge of MS Office (Excel PowerPoint)
- Availability for business trips within and outside the country.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in working in Finance Departments Shared Service Center or Global Business Service Operation environment
- Previous experience / interactions with Procurement and Sales departments
- Previous experience in consulting industry particularly for topics around Digital Finance Finance Operating Models and Fintech tools (Blackline Cevinio Esker Concur) incl. tools deployment
- Experience with RPA/automation solutions (e.g. Alteryx PowerBI)
- Knowledge of finance trends and new technologies.
