A day as a Customer & Product specialist
You will begin your day with a quick team sync to align priorities share learnings and remove blockers.
You will work on user requests: issues questions and feature requests. Sometimes youll take these further through short interviews or research to better understand their goals use cases and personas.
In the afternoon you will spend time on things like:
Reviewing our Reddit and Slack community and engaging on various productivity goals
Creating or refining Craft use cases to share via videos blogs or inspiration content
Researching additional workflows and use cases we can put together
Testing new features and thinking about how these can be introduced to our users
Spending a little time testing AI features and monitoring AI-related trends
Drafting flexible proposals for new use cases: what to show why and how
You will end the day by capturing your key steps and planning what to focus on next.
You will thrive in this role if you
like to build things manage information and break down complex topics into simple consumable formats
enjoy educating others about how things work and how to improve them
have an eye for content management design and personal knowledge management
are comfortable with both deep-focus work and quick smaller tasks
care about your performance actively look for opportunities to improve and seek out projects without needing step-by-step direction
arent afraid of technical details complex workflows or advanced use cases
can create on-screen video examples and edit simple demos
