About this role
ThePrivateData Service (PDS) team provides world-classexpertisein the collection and validation of investment data for investors in alternative assets.PDS streamlines the exchange of data between limited and general partners allowing investors the continuous access toaccurateand standardized data andis a part of Aladdin Business.The Aladdin Business iscomprisedof 1200 professionals responsible for implementing and supporting our Aladdin clientssalesand marketing and ensuring the Aladdin Community maximizes Aladdin products through engagement and education
Our clientenhancesthelending capacity ofFinancialIntermediaries and stimulates bank lending to small and medium sized enterprises by providing guarantees that encourage increase lending volumes. FinancialIntermediariesincludeinstitutions specializing in financial transactionssuch as banks insurance companies investment banks pension and mutual funds.
We are looking for anexperienced professional to lead automation initiativesacross reporting and eligibility processes. This role requires a blend of technicalexpertise process understanding and stakeholder management to design deliver and oversee automation projects that bring efficiency and consistency to our workflows.
Key responsibilities:
Build andmaintainadvancedVBA solutionsincluding Excel add-ins used by external clients.
Develop and support Python-based automationsfor reporting data processing and email drafting.
Design and manage Power Automate workflows; explore opportunities toleverageCopilot/AI agents.
Utilize SQL/Alteryxfor recurring data extracts and process automation.
Analyseend-to-end business processes toidentifyautomation opportunities.
Oversee all automation projects ensuringtimelydelivery documentation and centralization.
Prioritize and structure initiatives to align with business needs and resource capacity.
Ensure knowledge transfer and continuity through clear accessible documentation.
Act as a key point of contact between business teams and technical solutions.
Prepare and deliverpresentations for client meetings(including banks across the EU).
Build strong client relationships by understanding business needs and presenting solutions in a clear professional manner.
Support internal teams by translating technical concepts into actionable business outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelors degreeinFinanceEconomicsIToranequivalent combination of educationwithat least2yearsprofessional workina multinational environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills inEnglish.
AdvancedproficiencyinVBA(Excel add-ins complex coding arrays optimization).
Intermediate to advanced Pythonskills(automation reporting email generation).
Experience withPower Platform(Power Automate essential Power Apps a plus).
Knowledge ofAlteryxor similar workflow tools andSQLis anadvantage.
Interestandwillingness to learn emerging automation tools andCopilotagents.
Strong process analysis and problem-solving abilities.
Proven experience managing multiple projects end-to-end with strong prioritization skills.
Excellent client relationship management skillsincluding preparing and delivering presentations.
Structured proactive and able to work independently while aligning with teamobjectives.
Exceptionalattention to detail and analytical skills withability to prioritize and deliver taskson timewhilemaintaininghigh quality and consistent results.
Strong planning and organizational skillswith the ability to manageand priorities to meet deadlines.

Our hybrid work model
