As a Digital Asset Technician you willbe responsible forworking on the alpha bots and the structures themselves. You will be performing major and minor repairs on equipment or systems byutilizinga wide range of craft skills (for example electronics networking electrical mechatronics and robotics). You will also be responsible for inspecting operating or testing equipment or systems to diagnose problems; dismantling equipment machines or systems to gain access to and remove defective parts; diagnosing problems using blueprints repair manuals or parts catalogs as necessary; utilizing hand tools power tools hoists and other equipment; providing prompt response to emergency calls; and documenting repair activities.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Vocational or Technical certification and 3 years experience in one of the following trades: automation robotics mechatronics microelectronics or related trade or 5 years experience in one of the following trades: automation robotics mechatronics microelectronics or related trade.
- Completion of a 2-year Vocational or Technical trade program.
- License in related trade in city and/or state where job islocated.
- Need to have a valid Drivers License.
- 1-3 years of experience using intermediate level functionality of word processing spreadsheet email and presentation software (for example Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
- Mechatronics and automation experience.
- Experience with circuit boards.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Following established preventive maintenance schedules and guidelines to perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure the safety and proper functionality of equipment or systems.
- Inspecting cleaning and repairing equipment or systems.
- Observing and documenting signs of wear and tear.
- Recommending repair needs toeliminateongoing and future repairs.
- Determiningreplacement needs and documenting preventive maintenance activities.
- Managing work orders and maintenance schedules by completing andsubmittingrequired written and electronic information (for example expense vouchers weekly summaries work orders and maintenance logs)
- Ordering and tracking parts and replacement equipment and recording purchases and usage.
- Submitting warranty claims and adhering to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations and guidelines
- Ensuring quality work is completed thatcomplies withfederal state and local regulations.
- Ensuring contractors follow Walmart quality standards safety requirements and meet contract requirements.

Compensation:
- Individual compensation packages are based onvarious factorsunique to each candidate including skill set experience level of job offer qualifications and other job-related factors.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule facility season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
