About the Role:
Were looking for a Service Manager to lead our team manage shop operations and drive sales. This role is key to maintaining high standards delivering excellent customer service and ensuring efficient workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach shop staff; manage scheduling and performance.
- Oversee workflow inventory and vendor relationships.
- Sell repairs/services and help achieve sales goals.
- Handle customer service issues and maintain shop safety.
- Manage costs and P&L performance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2 years automotive shop management experience.
- 1 year in sales or proven ability to sell.
- Valid drivers license and clean MVR.
