Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with their inquiries concerns and requests. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek and will be based in our Jonesboro office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and requests
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and in-person
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Real estate knowledge is a plus
