Job Summary

Job Description
This dual-role position provides direct coaching support for the Womens Volleyball program while also serving as the Universitys chief compliance officer for Athletics. This role ensures the competitive success and personal development of volleyball student-athletes and maintains institutional control through oversight of all NCAA Division III compliance operations. This position requires excellent organization communication skills the ability to manage multiple priorities and the highest standards of integrity.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree required. Coaching or playing experience in volleyball required; collegiate experience preferred. Strong computer skills including database management word processing and electronic communications. Demonstrated ability to interpret apply and teach regulations ( NCAA or comparable). Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree. Prior NCAA compliance experience. Previous collegiate coaching or administrative athletics experience.
