Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Occupational Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Anchorage AK.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate plan and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment programs
Assist patients in improving daily living skills mobility and functional independence
Develop and modify therapy plans based on patient progress and needs
Document patient care progress notes and treatment outcomes according to facility policy
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient care
Educate patients and families on exercises adaptive techniques and safety
Qualifications:
Active Occupational Therapist license in Alaska
Minimum 12 years of experience in post-acute care skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent clinical assessment and problem-solving abilities
