Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Pay Rate: From $52/hr

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Occupational Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Anchorage AK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate plan and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment programs

  • Assist patients in improving daily living skills mobility and functional independence

  • Develop and modify therapy plans based on patient progress and needs

  • Document patient care progress notes and treatment outcomes according to facility policy

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient care

  • Educate patients and families on exercises adaptive techniques and safety

Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapist license in Alaska

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in post-acute care skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent clinical assessment and problem-solving abilities
