Occupational Therapist - OT
Full Time
Our client is seeking a full-time compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our clients Skilled Nursing teaminTampa Florida. Youll work directly with patients to improve their quality of life through therapeutic interventions and adaptive techniques.
Compensation & Benefits for Occupational Therapists
- Salary: $50-$53 per hour (full-time based on years of experience )

Key Responsibilities of an Occupational Therapist
- Conduct thorough evaluations and create personalized treatment plans under the physicians orders
- Help patients master essential daily living activities (dressing cooking eating)
- Provide education to patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment usage
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient treatments
- Adhere to company policies and all state/federal regulations
Qualifications of an Occupational Therapist
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Florida OT license
- Experience with diverse patient populations especially geriatric and long-term care
- Knowledge of occupational health principles and medical terminology
- Excellent patient care skills with a quality-focused approach
- Physical ability to lift 5-45 lbs
