BUSY at Work theApprenticeship Community is a national collective of Australian Apprenticeship Support Services providers with over 40 years of experience in connecting employers and apprentices. We offer advice and tailored support for apprentices trainees and businesses to support successful careers and skilled productive workplaces.
Exploring the role
As part of BUSY at Works Apprenticeship Community Support Services youll drive business development secure new opportunities boost apprentice commencements and exceed KPIs through strong account management and support.
Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Promote traineeships and apprenticeships securing commencement opportunities
Participate in marketing and promotional initiatives including school visits and other venues
Foster relationships with employers RTOs and industry stakeholders
Maximise business opportunities with existing clients
Stay updated on policy changes and new initiatives
Guide clients through sign-up processes and government forms
Provide quality account management services
Ensure precise system data entry
Provide initial and ongoing support to Australian Apprentices including facilitating face-to-face progress contacts
Administer effective tests to assess individuals skill levels identify gaps and evaluate aptitude for various training paths and occupations
Location: This role covers the Metro West Melbourne region including Williamstown Werribee Sunshine and surrounding region.

Confidence working autonomously and drive to exceed KPIs and targets
Self-motivated with a demonstrated enthusiastic approach to day-to-day business operations
Desire to work within a client service organisation
Ability to establish strong working relationships with apprentices and employers
Demonstrated business development or sales experience
Experience within Apprenticeship Services building relationships with employers RTOs and industry stakeholders to support workforce development and employment opportunities
