Key responsibilities include

• Lead and develop the finance business partnering team to deliver high quality analysis reporting and strategic advice driving performance.
• Strategic business partnering with managers across the organisation to provide financial guidance optimise workforce management resource allocation and cost management.
• Lead budgeting forecasting and long-term financial planning processes for Resthavens service portfolio.
• Maintain strong knowledge and understanding of aged care compliance requirements.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Commerce or a related discipline
• CPA CA or equivalent professional qualification (required).
• 710 years of progressive finance experience including 3 years in a business partnering leadership role.
• Experience in the not-for-profit or aged care sector
• Strong understanding of complex funding frameworks (e.g. AN-ACC CHSP SAH) and associated compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to collaborate with non-financial stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes.
• Advanced financial and analytical skills including modelling and scenario analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement communication and influencing abilities.
• Sound understanding of financial management systems and reporting tools (e.g. Epicor Alaya care Power BI).
• Strategic thinker with operational awareness and a hands-on approach.
• Values-driven leader who demonstrates integrity empathy and commitment to service excellence.
