Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - English Language & CEFR Specialist
We are looking for Cash Application Analyst responsible for posting payments from the lockbox ACH and wire transfer to customer accounts. This role includes cash application and reconciling payments communicating cash adjustments and reducing un-applied cash receipts on aged accounts receivable.
Responsibilities
Conduct individual-level TNI (Training Needs Identification) to assess current CEFR proficiency and learning gaps.
Design and deliver customized learning journeys to transition CEFR ratings of candidates within short timelines.
Prepare candidates for CEFR assessments focusing on real-world Quote to Cash communication scenarios.
Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to align language enablement with hiring goals.
Track and report progress using CEFR-aligned rubrics and assessment tools.
Provide feedback loops to continuously improve training effectiveness and candidate readiness.
Act as a language coach and mentor building confidence and fluency in business English.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated success in upskilling candidates from B1/B2 to C1 level.
Strong understanding of client-facing communication standards in Quote to Cash or finance domains.
Experience with assessment design delivery and evaluation aligned to CEFR.
Excellent facilitation coaching and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced outcome-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Certification in CEFR or equivalent (e.g. CELTA DELTA TESOL).
Exposure to corporate finance or F&A operations language contexts.
Experience working with cost-sensitive hiring models and talent enablement strategies.
