Who You Are

You are an entrepreneurial and strategic leader with a passion for building and scaling new financial products from the ground up. You thrive in ambiguity operate with a strong sense of ownership and bring both analytical rigor and creative problem-solving to every challenge. You balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution ensuring that vision translates into measurable results. Youre motivated by impact turning ideas into scalable businesses and are equally comfortable collaborating across teams and leading through influence in a fast-paced evolving environment.

What Youll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end launch and growth of a new stealth-mode financial product as the Head of this new business line.
  • Work cross-functionally with product sales operations and regulatory teams to ensure a seamless go-to-market process.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive adoption revenue growth and long-term scalability.
  • Take ownership of P&L management including forecasting performance analysis and growth planning.
  • Define success metrics and key performance indicators to measure progress and inform strategy.
  • Shape the operational and growth strategy for this new venture while maintaining confidentiality throughout the project.

  • Build and lead a high-performing team as the business grows leveraging existing company resources during the early stages.

What Were Looking For

  • Proven senior experience bringing a financial-related product line from concept to successful market launch and growth.
  • A strong operational and strategic background with experience launching scaling and optimizing business lines or financial products.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally across product underwriting operations and marketing to bring financial products to market.
  • A builders mindset someone who thrives in ambiguity moves quickly from idea to execution and creates structure where none exists.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to identify growth levers and operational bottlenecks through metrics.
  • Excellent executive communication skills capable of influencing senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • A hands-on and organized leader who balances strategic vision with operational execution and thrives in a fast-paced evolving environment.
  • Masters degree (MBA or equivalent) from a top program preferred with 2 plus years of post-MBA experience.
