Description
Lead a team of graphic designers manage international projects and grow under the mentorship of the PMO. A transparent development plan and the ability to shape key outcomes are guaranteed. This is a role where your impact defines the result.

Requirements
You are our ideal candidate if:
- Your English level is not lower than Upper Intermediate and allows you to recall all possible adjectives and synonyms in time to describe the essence of the work performed;
- You understand project management methodologies and are able to apply them in practice.
- Energy and organization are your inherent characteristics so you easily cope with several tasks at the same time while maintaining focus on the main priorities.
- Effective communication is your superpower so you know exactly how to convey an idea hear a request and set up a productive dialogue.
- Planning for you is not just a list of tasks but a powerful tool that makes the complex simple understandable and consistent.
- You have a well-developed worldview and creative thinking which allows you to distinguish good ideas from bad ones.

Responsibilities

- Communicate with clients to detail tasks and maintain transparent interaction throughout the project.
- Conduct regular calls with the team to synchronize on the work performed and current progress.
- Conduct regular calls with clients: brief and present the results of the work.
- Plan the teams workload: analyze resources effectively distribute tasks and manage deadlines.
- Maintain an effective working environment: monitor the level of team satisfaction conduct 1:1 meetings resolve work issues in a timely manner and provide feedback.
- Involve and coordinate external specialists to perform individual tasks on the project.
