Job Summary
Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager to join an Ofsted Outstanding secondary school in Birmingham known for its high standards excellent facilities and well-maintained site.
Full-time Site Manager required ASAP
Ofsted Outstanding Secondary School in Birmingham
Responsible for site safety maintenance and compliance
This is a key role within the school ensuring the site is safe secure and fully operational. The successful candidate will oversee premises maintenance health and safety compliance and external contractors.

Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience as a Site Manager Caretaker or Facilities Manager
Strong understanding of health and safety compliance
Ability to manage contractors and maintenance schedules
Practical hands-on approach
Eligibility to work in the UK
