Site Manager
Onsite - Ohio
A fast-growing technology operations site is expanding and seeking a hands-on Site Manager to guide daily warehouse activity support major growth plans and help keep a busy high-performing team aligned. This role is central to the smooth running of a thriving facility and its future expansion.
The organisation is scaling rapidly opening additional space and driving increased throughput across multiple service lines. The Operations Manager will partner closely with site leadership to ensure teams stay coordinated output remains strong and operational standards are met consistently.
You will oversee frontline leaders support continuous improvement and bring both structure and adaptability to a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading day-to-day warehouse operations across a busy technology processing environment.
- Managing a group of supervisors and supporting their development.
- Ensuring team alignment workflow efficiency and timely delivery.
- Coaching staff on the floor resolving issues and maintaining strong communication across departments.
- Contributing to the buildout of new operational space and supporting site expansion.
- Upholding quality safety and productivity standards.
