We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with strong organizational and administrative skills to support both the companys financial operations and day-to-day office functions. This role is a unique mix of accounting and administrator duties. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks Excel and general office management tasks and will thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle accounting including accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger entries.
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Assist with budgeting forecasting and financial analysis.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of financial documents.
- Coordinate schedules meetings and office communications.
- Ensure a smooth workflow and provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- 4 years accounting experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel
$75000 - $90000 a year
