Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle accounting including accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger entries.
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Assist with budgeting forecasting and financial analysis.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of financial documents.
- Coordinate schedules meetings and office communications.
- Ensure a smooth workflow and provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
