Purpose


The Level 7 Scrum Master serves as a strategic leader within the agile delivery area facilitating the implementation of agile methodologies across multiple teams and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure effective value delivery. This role encompasses leadership coaching and continuous improvement responsibilities in complex environments with broad organizational impact.


Accountabilities


Lead the adoption of agile practices in cross-functional teams and strategic projects

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile principles

Collaborate with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to align technical and business objectives.

Analyze team performance data and generate reports for decision-making.

Identify process improvement opportunities and lead optimization initiatives.

Mentor junior Scrum Masters and other agile roles.

Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders promoting transparency and collaboration.

Work closely with technical and business experts to ensure alignment between strategic vision and tactical execution.

Design and maintain agile metrics dashboards (velocity lead time throughput etc.).

Present actionable insights to executive leaders and product teams.

Assess agile maturity of teams and propose improvement plans

Implement continuous improvement practices based on metrics and feedback.

Lead organizational retrospectives and promote a learning culture.

Education / Experience / Other Information


Education
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration Systems or related field.
Scrum Master Certification (CSM PSM II or higher).
Preferred: Certification in SAFe LeSS or Disciplined Agile.


Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in agile roles including at least 3 in team leadership.
Proven experience in organizational agile transformation.
Experience in regulated environments (banking insurance healthcare) is a plus.

Technical Skills
Proficiency in agile tools (Jira Confluence Miro etc.).
Knowledge of agile metrics and data visualization tools.
Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD and agile engineering practices.

Soft Skills
Collaborative leadership and coaching mindset.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Strategic thinking and results orientation.
Ability to manage conflicts and promote team resilience.

Preferred Qualifications
Agile Coaching Certification (ICP-ACC Agile Coach).
Experience in agile portfolio management.
Knowledge of OKRs and value-based management
