Hospitality Specialist (Main Office)

Position: Full-Time; Hourly/Non-Exempt
Hourly Rate: $15.00 - $18.50 (3 levels based on experience and education)
Reports to: Sabrina Madrid

Job Summary
The Front Desk Staff (Hospitality Specialist) provides support as the primary greeter front desk attendant customer service agent and administrative support person. As the key greeter of staff participants families and the community this position is responsible for providing a safe warm welcoming and affirming experience. Additionally this role facilitates and coordinates centralized scheduling functions.

What youll Do:
- Greet guests manage their inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person according to their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service to all scheduled and walk-in appointments
- Manage time effectively to prioritize urgent situations and peoples needs and to complete tasks by deadlines
- Process correspondence to other agencies staff and clients in accordance with the policies and procedures related to confidentiality (HIPAA and other policies).
- Verify information collected from clients and other sources for accuracy and completeness.
- Input verified information pertaining to intake and appointment scheduling into appropriate fields of spreadsheets or computer record systems
- Receipt and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform clerical and administrative support duties as necessary
- Provides office support functions such as refilling copier or light cleaning tasks as assigned
What youll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Familiarity with office organization techniques
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint) Adobe Acrobat and Social Media web platforms or knowledge of some of these programs and ability to learn others
- Bilingual Preferred
