Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a group-wide marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives measurable results.
- Lead the execution of performance marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels focusing on lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Oversee and optimize paid media platforms (Google Ads Meta Ads SEM) to maximize ROI and guide marketing spend.
- Define compelling value propositions for the groups product suite and manage a product marketing calendar.
- Enhance the groups digital presence through website management SEO social media engagement and email marketing.
- Maintain and evolve brand identity ensuring consistent tone messaging and corporate communications across all entities.
- Manage the groups annual marketing budget tracking spend against performance and providing insightful reports to leadership.
- Cultivate strong relationships with sales teams to improve lead-to-sale conversion rates.
- Identify and manage strategic involvement in industry events sponsorships and CSR initiatives.
- Manage and mentor a Marketing Co-ordinator fostering a high-performing marketing team.
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 5-10 years of progressive marketing experience preferably within a multi-brand or group structure.
- Proven track record in both growth/performance marketing and traditional brand marketing with demonstrable ROI.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Meta Ads Google Analytics SEO tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent content creation copywriting and creative direction skills.
- Demonstrated success in project management stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously and work independently.
- A baseline level of financial acumen to produce accurate and credible content.
- Comfort operating at a senior level with accountability for group-wide marketing strategy.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms.
