Full-Funnel Strategy: Develop execute and optimize multi-touch paid media strategies across search social and display
Budget Mastery: Own and manage significant monthly ad budgets ensuring efficient spend to hit KPIs like ROAS CPA and LTV
Deep-Dive Analysis: Conduct weekly and monthly performance analysis translating complex data into actionable insights and clear client-facing reports
Testing & Innovation: Lead A/B testing initiatives for landing pages ad creative and audience segments to find new growth levers
Collaborate & Elevate: Work closely with the creative and analytics teams to develop high-converting assets and share learnings
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
2-4 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (in-house or agency)
Proven expertise in both Google Ads (Search Shopping) and Meta Ads Manager
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel/Sheets (pivot tables vlookups)
A track record of hitting and exceeding performance goals (e.g. lowering CPA scaling ROAS)
The ability to communicate strategy and results confidently to clients and internal teams
Knowledge of a tool like Google Tag Manager Supermetrics or Looker Studio
