Our client has built a high-performing Cape Town based team embedded into the heart of their overseas based firm working side-by-side with colleagues across borders. Now they are looking for a dynamic Audit Manager to help drive their Financial Services portfolio forward.

What youll be doing:

Managing a diverse portfolio of financial services clients including investment/wealth managers fintechs and professional services firms.
Leading audits from planning through to completion ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
Coaching and developing junior staff while contributing to a supportive collaborative team culture.
Overseeing project delivery client billing and contributing to team-wide efficiency and innovation initiatives.
Acting as a trusted client contact delivering advice insights and building long-term partnerships.

What were looking for:

Registered CA(SA) with experience in financial services audit (preferred) or a genuine interest in the financial services space.
Currently in a management level role in a audit firm environment.
Hands-on knowledge of UK GAAP ISAs and ideally LLP SORP and FCA regulations advantageous.
Excellent communication and organisational skills able to juggle multiple client demands with calm precision.
A natural team leader who empowers others solves problems proactively and thinks commercially.
Experience managing end-to-end audits and driving continuous improvement.
