Your new role
The internship opportunity will give you the opportunity to develop skills sets that will be beneficial to your future career growth such as project management human resource and people experience. Our team is small close-knit agile fun and highly motivated passionate about driving change for patients. As a People Experience Intern you will:

• Assess org-wide engagement program needs based on Employee Engagement data.
• Benchmark with other top companies on engagement best practices.
• Propose N6-12M program designs and execute two (2) engagement activities.
• Measure ROI from activations or investments.
• Internship duration: 5 January 2026 to 31 July 2026
• Working hours Monday to Friday 9am 5pm (inclusive of lunch hour).
• Location: Jakarta Indonesia.
• Internship allowance will be given.

Your new department
The People & Organization (P&O) department is at the heart of our people strategy. P&O partners with business units to drive employee engagement support talent development and ensure a high-performance culture. As an intern you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals who are passionate about creating a positive work environment and supporting employee development.

Your skills & qualifications
To succeed in this role we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Recent graduate from bachelors or masters degree program preferably Engineering from a reputable university.
• High interest in human interaction and engagement proven through experiences in organizational settings (e.g. part-time jobs internships or volunteer roles within NGOs).
• Experience in roles that required facilitation and interpersonal skills (e.g. trainer workshop facilitator or Master of Ceremonies).
• High curiosity level; independent in finding pertinent information data and resources.
• Basic design skills and proficiency in Microsoft environment. You will be guided on internal systems throughout the internship.
