The opportunity

We are hiring for 2 Experience Designer/Facilitator roles to join our EY wavespace team based in Canary Wharf London. Candidates should ideally have between 3-15 years of experience.

Design and deliver highimpact wavespace experiences that enable our key Financial Services clients to align decide and act on their most critical business challenges. You will combine design thinking systems thinking behavioural science and collaboration technology to create environments and experiences that unlock new possibilities and momentum for our clients and EY.

Key responsibilities

Design & facilitation: Create project manage and lead immersive workshops across virtual inperson and hybrid formats using humancentred design.
Client engagement: Work with senior stakeholders to clarify objectives shape agendas and translate strategy into actionable outcomes.
Endtoend delivery: Own planning logistics and risk/issue management; ensure highquality outputs and clear followthrough.
Methods & technology: Leverage collaboration tools and AIenabled methods to drive engagement synthesis collaboration outputs and lasting outcomes.
Commercials & governance: Manage scope resourcing and budgets; uphold EY quality risk and independence standards.
Team leadership: Coach mentor and develop colleagues; foster an inclusive highenergy environment.

You should be comfortable

Leading daytoday design and delivery for experiences; coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Building trusted relationships with client managers and directors; drive satisfaction and repeat demand.
Modeling bestpractice facilitation preparation and documentation.
Serving as the primary contact to executive stakeholders; shape multisession journeys and transformation roadmaps.
Originating opportunities in collaboration with account teams; oversee budgets/forecasts across a portfolio.
Setting facilitation standards mentoring managers and representing wavespace in the market.

Skills & experience

Proven track record designing and facilitating complex workshops with senior audiences.
Fluency in designthinking methods; strong storytelling systems thinking and visual communication.
Confidence with physical and digital collaboration tools and methods and comfort experimenting with AIenabled ways of working.
Excellent project leadership and stakeholder management; able to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.
Clear compelling communication and presence; able to create psychological safety and productive challenge.
Sector experience in Financial Services is advantageous (role works extensively with FS clients).

Location: London (Canary Wharf) / UK hybrid travel as required. We have a flexible working approach however you should be prepared to deliver face to face experiences in our Canary Wharf wavespace at short notice.

Grade: Senior to Senior Manager (banding aligned to experience).

Employment: 6-12 month Fixed Term Contract fulltime.
