We are looking for a proactive and organised Occupational Health Administrator to join our Occupational Health team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our occupational health and safety services ensuring our employees and contractors receive the care and support they need.

What youll be doing:

- Acting as the first point of contact for occupational health queries via the Occupational Health Help Line.

- Scheduling referrals and managing medical system data including processing leavers.

- Maintaining key databases including eye care DSE policies and procedures and pre-employment medical questionnaires.

- Providing flexible and timely administrative support across the Occupational Health & Safety function.

- Supporting health promotion projects and producing documentation and presentations.

- Liaising with internal stakeholders such as ER Safety and Pre-Hires.

What does it take to be successful

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Strong organisational communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to prioritise workload and solve problems independently.

- Customer-focused with a methodical approach and attention to detail.
