Micron Technology Inc の Advanced Technology ハードウエアエンジニア Metrologyは最新の設備の導入や移設装置のメンテナンスの管理を行います最新装置になるので装置ベンダー含めて初づくしの経験ができかつ沢山のアイデアで改善していくことになりますまた開発からの設備の移管業務TRANSFERも行います アプリケーションエンジニアチームと協力して最新製品を作り出す最新設備に対応し装置開発装置管理を最適化し更にコスト削減生産性の向上リスク管理にも取り組んでいただきます
New Product Introductionを計画通り達成する観点から測定精度測定再現性を高いレベルで装置とレシピを維持管理できる仕組みを作り現場レベルのSOPを整備していきますそれらは全てPDCAを回し常に最新のものとしますそしてManufacturing Availabilityの目標達成に向けて装置のリリースベンダー対応またはそのフィードバック等再発防止対策においても常に責任を持って従事する必要があります
必須条件
半導体の基礎知識を有していること
学士相当の知識を有していること
各業務の進捗状況をタイムリーかつ正確に報告できること
チームメンバー関係者全員ネットワークビジネスパートナーと良好な関係を築けること
コミュニケーション能力やプレゼンテーション能力が高いこと
英語での会話や文書作成ができる
品質を理解し積極的な品質改善を確立できること
各分野の専門家とメールやCHATおよびFACE TOFACE電話会議等で明確にコミュニケーションできる能力
短期および長期の目標を設定測定遂行する能力
