Job Summary
The pay for this position is $22-$25 per hour.
$750 sign-on bonus
Starting with 4 weeks of paid time off (pro-rated) plus 12 sick days and 9 holidays per year!

As a DSP you will use your creativity and people skills to support individuals living with developmental disabilities to achieve their desired goals and grow their independence.

We want to hear from you if you have:
- Experience working with individuals with co-occurring autism and mental health challenges is critical.
- This position requires someone with willingness to tolerate potentially disturbing narratives and verbal threats while displaying an unbiased perspective emotional resilience empathy and patience.
- Flexibility positive attitude strong organizational and customer services skills;
- Desire to be part of an energetic team;
- Ability to collaborate with persons served their families and/or other important people in their life and colleagues in a team environment;
- A Valid drivers license insurance and reliable transportation; and
- A High school diploma or GED; Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred.
