Job Summary
Position Description:
Technical Skills
. Deep experience managing Exchange Online and Exchange Hybrid Environments
. Messaging Hygiene and Security experience including MS Defender for threat protection policies and investigations.
. Experience in Mail tenant to tenant migrations / integrations.
. Microsoft Active Directory routing protocols DNS Certificates.
. PowerShell Advanced.
. M365 administration: SPO ODB MS Teams Power Platform Copilot.
. PaaS services: Azure functions App Services Exchange components.
Business skills
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Strong user and customer service background.
. Good understanding of Agile methodologies quality processes and best practices for maintaining information security.
. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive company information responsibly.
