Role

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern HRBP for a hybrid opportunity in San Jose CA reporting to the Sr. Director People Business Partnering within our Human Resources department. Hiring a strategic HR Business Partner intern is important because it introduces fresh current academic knowledge on aligning talent strategy with organizational goals moving HR beyond administrative tasks. An intern can support critical data-driven projects like employee engagement and workforce planning allowing experienced HRBPs to focus on high-level strategic advising.

What youll do (Role Expectations)

  • Partner closely with Human Resource Business Partners across multiple business units to support the alignment of talent strategy with organizational goals
  • Connect on how our company is growing and align with finance and other cross-functional partners to support strategic growth initiatives
  • Conduct research on how our HR practices and talent strategies align relative to our competitors in the market

What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Communications Psychology or Human Resources
  • Strong analytical thinking problem solving and communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter with a passion for innovation and technology

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Previous experience in a Human Resources internship
  • Experience or familiarity with technical HR tools such as Workday or Visier

Zscalers salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) benefits.

Base Pay Range

$35 - $55 USD
