KRA1 | CSR Strategy Development & Implementation | Develop and implement a comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with the companys vision mission and sustainability goals.
Identify priority focus areas and ensure integration of CSR into the overall business strategy. |

KRA2 | Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships | Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including NGOs government agencies community groups and regulatory bodies.
Collaborate to design and execute impactful CSR initiatives. |

KRA3 | Program Management & Execution | Lead the planning execution and monitoring of CSR projects and initiatives.
Ensure timely delivery budget compliance and alignment with project goals and KPIs. |

KRA4 | Impact Measurement & Reporting | Establish metrics and frameworks to evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives.
Prepare and present regular reports including sustainability reports and ESG disclosures to leadership and external stakeholders. |

KRA5 | Compliance Governance & Risk Management | Ensure all CSR activities comply with applicable laws regulations and industry standards.
Mitigate risks through proactive governance and transparent processes. |
