Our Client is one of the major international player in their industry. We are looking for a talent who is result driven and strategic thinker and has demonstrated experience in leading and motivating sales teams.
Location: Budapest Hungary (nationwide sales coverage with travel)
Industry: Machinery sales
- Develop and implement sales strategies for new and used machinery.
- Lead motivate and monitor the performance of a sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing clients prepare contract negotiations.
- Liaise with group and manufacturer representatives.
- Continuously track and analyze sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare regular reports for company management on sales results forecasts and improvement proposals.
- University degree in Engineering or Business.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in machinery sales industrial equipment or similar technical products.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team.
- Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills.
- Confident user of CRM systems MS Office and ERP tools.
- Fluent in English German is an advantage native Hungarian.
- Highly independent decisive and proactive yet a strong team player who values collaboration.
