Could you be the full-time Technical Incident Manager in Bangalore were looking for
Key Responsibilities:
Defect Management:
- Manage the complete defect lifecycle from identification to resolution.
- Coordinate with QA Development and Business teams for defect triage and prioritization.
- Track and report defect metrics trends and KPIs.
- Facilitate root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Release Management:
- Plan and execute software releases across development QA UAT and production environments.
- Ensure release readiness through validation of deployment plans rollback strategies and stakeholder sign-offs.
- Maintain and communicate release calendars and schedules.
- Conduct post-release reviews and implement feedback.
Change Management:
- Ensure all changes follow the defined change management process.
- Review and assess change requests for risk impact and readiness.
- Coordinate with CAB (Change Advisory Board) and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
Collaboration & Governance:
- Responsibility for running process adoption program with various stakeholders and ensure 100% adoption and compliance to the process.
- Document Publish and periodic review of the process documents as per Alstom QMS process
- Act as the central point of contact for all defect release and change-related communications.
- Lead defect triage meetings release planning sessions and war rooms during critical incidents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in IT with at least 5 years in Defect Release or Change Management roles.
- Stakeholder Management
- Program Management
- Strong experience withChange Management processesand tools.
- Hands-on knowledge ofServiceNowfor change and incident tracking.
- Familiarity with SDLC Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Excellent communication coordination and analytical skills.
