Whatyoulldo:

  • Support the planning and end-to-end delivery of executive and corporate communications formilestone governance projects and priority initiatives throughout the year.
  • Drive on-time high-quality delivery across projects and BAU through robust project management practices including critical path analysis dependencies risks/issues identification and version control.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and partner with business functions to write high-quality communications that assess risks align strategically and engage audiences effectively.
  • Lead issues/change communications for firm-wide initiatives exercising sound judgmentregardingtiming audienceselection and channels; prepare escalation paths and contingency plans.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and business functions to produce compliant high-quality on-brand content across diverse channels and formats including emails intranet postings speeches and video scripts.

Whatwerelooking for:

  • Ability to adapt and work effectively both independently and collaboratively within dynamic multidisciplinary teams.
  • Established credibility with senior executives able to influence and constructively challenge tofacilitatealignment despite competing priorities.
  • Strong writing skills in crafting compelling narratives and visual stories while ensuring a keen alignment with tone and brand identity.
  • Highly organized and results-oriented adept in program/project management capable of managing multiple workstreams and deadlines efficiently.
  • Holds a bachelors degree in communications public relations marketing business or a related field bringing a foundation of knowledge andexpertise.
