Job Summary
HVAC & Refrigeration Technician
Location: Brisbane QLD (and wider QLD as required)
Company: BGIS (Technical Services) Self-Perform Contract
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent Mobile Role
Were seeking an HVAC & Refrigeration Technician in Brisbane to deliver preventative and reactive maintenance on cool rooms freezers fridges and HVAC equipment. This mobile role involves servicing clients across retail healthcare and fuel sites with the support of a dedicated customer service team and the backing of BGISs safe innovative and collaborative culture.

Accept and complete service calls from the internal customer service team
Travel to client sites including BWS BP hospitals and more
Perform preventative maintenance and servicing of refrigeration/HVAC assets
Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning refrigeration and ventilation systems
Carry out general repairs (doors trims frames tiling painting etc.)
Record notes and photos using a company-supplied iPad
Participate in the on-call roster with excellent OT/penalty rates
Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (minimum qualification)
ARCtick Licence (mandatory)
Current drivers licence (mandatory)
White Card (mandatory)
Experience with refrigeration CO2 and rack systems (advantageous)
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Safety-focused approach with strong communication skills
Full working rights in Australia (essential)
