The University of Tennessee Law Enforcement Innovation Center is seeking applications for the position of Administrative Specialist to work in the LEIC office located in Oak Ridge TN. This position is a Market Range 05 and the expected pay range is $31161.17 - $43625.64.
Required Qualifications
Education:High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:Position requires five years of office experience and interacting positively with customers.
Knowledge Skills Abilities:
Required skills include strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of basic computer operations.
Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office (Excel Word and PowerPoint).
Basic analytical skills (verbal and written).
The ability to interact with customers via phone email or face-to-face representing the agency professionally.
Ability to organize electronic information along with data entry keyboarding.
Preferred Qualifications
Education:Associate degree preferred.
Experience:Previous experience in an educational environment is preferred.
Knowledge Skills Abilities:
Preferred skills include knowledge of UT travel policies and procedures.
Knowledge and ability to learn understand and use Oracle (Dash) Marketplace as well as the learning management system () and invoicing system ().
