Candidate Requirement:
$70 $80K PA full benefits 4 weeks vacation 401 K
Work from office all days but can interchange shifts with the other team members
This profile can work from home 2 times a week

Evening shift Monday Friday 11:00AM to 7:30 PM EST
Ability to work remotely every second Friday subject to the firms Telecommuting and Remote Work Policy
Immediate start required (from next week)
He has 2 roles but for now it is looking at 1 who can work in this shift 11:00AM to 7:30 PM EST

Scope of Project

Support of the firms LAN and PC software applications including testing installing configuring and upgrading software packages.

Responsibilities:

This individual reports to the Desktop Support Manager and is responsible for support of the firms LAN and PC software applications including testing installing configuring and upgrading software packages.

Technology Maintenance Upgrades and Enhancements
Installs configures and maintains LAN WAN data communications networks operating systems and physical and virtual servers
Performs system monitoring and verifies the integrity and availability of hardware network and server resources
Reviews system and application logs and verifies completion of scheduled jobs and system backups
Analyzes network and server resource consumption and controls user access
May assist in network modeling analysis planning and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software
Assists with installation maintenance and support of hardware and software infrastructure
Installs and upgrades software licenses
Supports cloud phone system
