Bench Joiner / Cabinet Maker
About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled Bench Joiner / Cabinet Maker to join their small dedicated team producing high-quality bespoke joinery and furniture. The ideal candidate will be experienced in traditional joinery techniques able to work independently or as part of a close-knit workshop team and take real pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacture bespoke joinery and furniture to exceptional standards
Work from technical drawings and specifications
Operate and maintain woodworking machinery and hand tools
Collaborate with a small team to ensure timely high-quality project delivery
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in high-end joinery or cabinet making
Strong understanding of traditional and modern joinery methods
Ability to work to fine tolerances with a high level of accuracy
Reliable motivated and quality-driven
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: 15.0022.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
Location: Witney Oxfordshire (applicants must be able to commute reliably or plan to relocate before starting)
