Joiner / Cabinet Maker Stroud Gloucestershire (Permanent Full-Time)

1517 per hour (depending on experience)

Our client is a family-run high-quality building contractor with an excellent reputation across the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. They specialise in traditional and listed buildings as well as bespoke new-build projects delivering outstanding craftsmanship across all areas of construction.

Following continued growth our client is looking to welcome an experienced Joiner/Cabinet Maker to their team. The role is based in their purpose-built joinery workshop located alongside the companys head office in Stroud Gloucestershire.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience producing joinery and cabinetry within a workshop environment together with a keen eye for detail a positive can-do attitude and a passion for exceptional craftsmanship.

This is a long-term permanent role with genuine opportunities for career progression including the potential to develop into a Joinery Shop Manager position over time.

Essential Experience & Skills

Minimum 5 years experience producing joinery/cabinetry
Skilled in preparation and finishing
Confident working from technical drawings
Ability to reliably commute to Stroud Gloucestershire
Flexible and adaptable to daily workshop requirements
Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required
Positive and proactive approach to health & safety
Reliable punctual and professional
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship

Benefits

Pay: 15.0017.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
Hours: 42 hours per week
