Regional Human Resources Manager - Northern California and Nevada
Home Branch Location:
- Hayward CA or West Sacramento CA
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function for multiple corporate retail locations in and around the Northeast region.
- Manage all employee relations activities and the fair and consistent application of all corporate local state and federal policies. Maintain the awareness and compliance of all current and emerging labor law activity.
- Develop recruiting and retention strategies to facilitate Crowns continued growth. Will also have responsibility for the overall screening and selection processes at these locations.
- Oversee and facilitate a variety of corporate training activities.
- Frequent travel to other Crown locations within Region in support of these responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- The successful candidate will possess a four (4) year degree preferably in Human Resources with a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience and excellent communication and interpersonal addition a valid drivers license and an ability to frequently travel is required.

- Competitive anticipated starting pay range for the position is $2116.00 to $2308.00 but is commensurate with skills and related experience
