Allied Health Assistant Lead Blue Care Allied Health Team

The Allied Health Assistant Lead plays a pivotal role in the design implementation and leadership of a high-quality sustainable allied health assistant service across Queensland. Working in close collaboration with the Allied Health Manager this role ensures the integration of assistant services within BlueCares Neighbourhood service delivery model promoting client-centred and holistic care.
As a member of the Allied Health leadership team the Allied Health Assistant Lead contributes to the implementation of organisational systems processes and people management practices supporting the achievement of performance KPIs.

- Extensive experience working in the Allied Health Operations
- Demonstrated ability to undertake complex projects or duties.
- Demonstrated experience providing expert advice to assist in the development of programs standards policies and procedures
- Demonstrated management experience coordinating workflows performance monitoring and reporting resource management driving service sustainability.
- Proven leadership capability within a team.
- Experience of training staff and providing supervision.
- Ability to travel and work autonomously
- Interpersonal and written communication skills including intermediate computer skills (e.g. Microsoft office) and use of remote working applications (e.g. Teams).
