Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Sydney Time) with a 1-hour unpaid break.
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations / HR / Rostering Officer to oversee daily operational workflows across multiple locations. This role ensures that support workers clients and internal teams are aligned through accurate rostering timely communication and consistent HR/operational processes. You will manage rostering adjustments monitor shift activity ensure documentation accuracy and support compliance across the service.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor shift notes confirmations and staff sign-ins/outs across all sites
- Adjust rosters proactively and communicate updates to staff
- Ensure timely follow-up on incidents and maintain accurate client documentation
- Oversee accurate and consistent use of Tesseract across staff
- Conduct pre-payroll checks to ensure roster accuracy attendance verification and timesheet alignment
- Track and report on operational compliance across regions
- Support HR-related tasks as needed including staff communication and basic onboarding actions
- Collaborate closely with the Admin & Compliance Officer to ensure smooth operations and documentation accuracy
Requirements
- Experience in rostering scheduling operations or HR coordination (NDIS/healthcare preferred but not required)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and make quick operational decisions
- Proficiency with workforce management or rostering software
- High attention to detail and strong administrative discipline
